Our experience with Insurer’s has taught us that they do not always understand what its like to reside in a “rural” area, and that heading down to Melbourne to have our cars inspected is not a five minute drive but rather an 80km one way trip. 1) It pays to call your local repairer, Kilmore Smash Repairs first   03 5782 2000.

2) Once we have assisted you in lodging a claim, we will then quote your vehicle and forward all necessary information to your insurer.

3) In some cases, a hire vehicle can be obtained or one of our loan vehicles can be organized or even emergency repairs to keep you on the road.

4) Once your claim has been authorized by your insurer, we will repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition and return it to you repaired, cleaned and a complimentary accident notebook for you to keep in your vehicle.

Giles has a world of experience in repairing cars, he’s attention to detail and the pride he takes in he’s work is valued by us. Kane, our assembler, has previously worked for Holden in the production of many vehicles. He is knows cars inside and out, so you can be confident in knowing that all the hardware on your vehicle has correctly been re-installed. Like the rest of our team, Kane takes pride in he’s work and believes in a quality job.

Jack, our apprentice spray painter, is under the guidance of Mark and we hold great hopes for he’s future. He is quite capable and has a willingness to learn which is a positive sign is for he’s future. So you can be confident we have the equipment, materials and skills to get your car back to what it was prior to your accident.

Loan Cars and Hire Vehicles

Living in Kilmore and the surrounding district, it’s near impossible to go without your car. We understand this, unfortunately your Insurer doesn’t always.
